at the moment, my belly is full.

I overeat and I eat the wrong food

what can help me reduce the amount of food I eat and change my choices to healthier ones?

entering here, to the blog, more often. how many times a day will do? 

5 times a day.

let's simulate it: 

it is now today at 9:00

I started the day with third pita with chocolate, green tea and a cig

then I had 2 clementines

2nd update at 12:00

I had 2 more clementines, pita with hummus, eggplant salad?, cabbage salad, 

olives, cucumber, red bell pepper

what else did I have? 

this is a mess

there's also noise

I can write what I ate today:

at home: 

hummus, vegan hot dogs, potato, cabbage salad, tomato, pasta, pastry with sprouts and carrots, 

3 quinoa balls, 

doughnut, 

decaf, vegan milk

at school:

cake, an apple, a clear protein drink, and a half sandwich with egg salad

(I feel stress in my belly now)


This is sort of what I ate today. 

and 10 minutes have passed. 


when will I workout? I'm gonna make a blog entry for this week's workouts
