1 - not hungry - bread with fried egg avocado vegan meat, waffle with jam and fruit, herbal mint tea
2- not hungry - apple pastry, some coffee with oat creamer
3- yes hungry - 4 praches
4 - not hungry - salad, sauce, pasta, sauce, vegan meat with veggies
5 - not hungry - more pasta sauce v meat and veggies
