 10:25 still on fast

Have a break

Still not hungry at all

I had a coffee almond milk and cig and started 2.5 walk within 4.5 hours walking tour.

I have 3 bananas+ apple in my bag.

13:18 banana 

14:54 I’m home ( I didn't take all the 4.5 hours tour. it was sunny and hard)

After long walk outside

I don’t feel hunger

But we’re eating

 pasta, v mayo, pickle, 2 sprouted bread, avocado ,tomato, v yellow cheese

Mushrooms, v meat, asparagus, broccoli ,olive, leaves 

Frozen banana 

Later I knew I’m going take a nap

Had some green tea, v creamer, some cig

Nap

3k run


A fall. A restaurant. V burger, fries ,some juice. I talked to my partner. I don’t want restaurants in this frequency. There are other things to do when we go out: dance show, dance, stand-up, karaoke, music show, theatre

Later I drank water but tasted and finish his alcohol

At home continuation of green tea, v creamer, some cig



My challenges for today: 

raw till 4 (except what I had)

Up to one more cig

No more coffee

100% vegan

Completing at least one of today’s/yesterday’s workouts: yesterday’s 3k run, today’s power workout

Maximum listening to my belly.


My challenges for tomorrow ( Sunday):

Maximum listening to my belly and acting sincerely with it

Completing missing workouts

100% vegan

3 fruits meals, 1 salad meal
