I eat all the time
Even when I'm not hungry
I was thinking to have red blue, yellow, green braclets
Red blue means don't eat, drink only water
Yellow means there's a good reason to eat like hunger
Green means I'm eating now till it's enough
Then I return to water fast
I quit smoking
But still deep in bad eating habits
