I'm busy with work, obligations, other jobs, studies, 

what do I need to do to proceed towards my goals?

what are my goals?

eat more healthily

lose fat

keep the fat off

and help others do the same.

what do I need to do to proceed towards my goals?

1. maybe I can have a document where I write everything I do for my health. let's try. should it be on my computer/ drive/ phone as a note? a phone note. not now. OK, I opened a page on my hardware notebook.

2. I go 3 times a week to the gym. first of all, I should make sure every training is 60 minutes.

next week I will go to CrossFit once a week for the next 10 weeks. 

In addition to gym and CrossFit, I should have 3 hours of walking a week. 

3. somehow, I must avoid smoking before school. 

4. last night I slept alone to have a better sleep and it worked so I should do it more.

5. lately I have eaten out a lot, and I should diminish that habit. 

6. I work a lot. I should rest more. make fewer plans. 

7. I should eat more homemade food. I should prepare my food and eat my food.

I should go less to the bakery

I should quit smoking

I should start running

I should eat more green leaves

I should read the content of health groups and pages on Facebook. 

I should weigh myself every day, 

measure my circumference every day

walk the dogs to the beach and return by foot back home

I should watch Simnett Nutrition videos

I should read Cheeke's books

I should have a bottle of water everywhere I go.

I should say 'no' to fattening food

I should listen to my belly and stomach

I should rest enough, meditate, walk, run, 

I should find a yoga lesson I can attend to.

I should answer this question more often

I should go to sleep earlier.

I should work on the way I work and make sure I work well and get satisfied of it.
