I've managed to have 3 power workouts this week.
what can I tell about today's diet, so far?
I made a salad today: lettuce, grated carrot, tahini, lemon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2 vegan schnitzels were served to me. I prefer 1. In the end, I ate almost 2.
Fruit. I had 1 clementine today.
In the morning, I bought and had a sandwich with veggie patties, tahini, salty spicy sauce, and vegetables.
I had a sweet pastry. coffee v milk, and a cigarette.
then I worked out.
