Update 1, 18:56
My goals: eat more healthily
Lose fat, keep it off, and help others do the same.
My last meal, my partner prepared food.
When I prepared food he didn't join it.
I bought tomatoes red bell peppers lettuce and cucumbers
Also, clementines.
2nd update
I had green tea, v milk, a piece of chocolate, half rolled cig and a few puffs of a cig.
bad choice.
