 8:19, 1st update

I started with cheese burekas, potato burekas, almond pastry, coffee v milk, a cigarette, and 2 clementines.

My goals: eat more healthily, lose fat, keep it off, and help others do the same.

Feedback about my last meal:

Awful. I should start with fruit when I'm hungry.

Tips for the rest of the day. Listen to your belly. You have food. Choose fruit first. I have the protein juice. 

15:57 2nd update

at 12:55 I had pita with tahini-eggplant- roasted red bell pepper, olives, pickle, lettuce, tomato 

clear protein juice

later, at 15:15 a sandwich with yellow cheese, cucumber, tomato, and olives.

3rd update 17:25

I had a clementine, chocolate, tea + v milk, and a cigarette.

my belly is not loose. 

4th update 19:22

I'm thirty and nauve hungry as well. I'm going to eat with friends. I got a rest of 10 minutes earlier. 

21:09 update 5

I ate too much

Vegan burger fries, lemonade, ketchup, mayonnaise 

2 small cookies, ice cream, crepe with chocolate

Not good for losing weight and helping others.

Update 6, 23:13

I finished the tea+ v milk, and smoked.
