1st update, 16:38
My decision:
10 updates a day
No coffee, instead tea, oj
No cigs, instead breaths
I had tea today when I had my second cig
Maybe my focus should be on other things like
What am I doing today to have my waist circumference shorter
I thought about a day of apples
About water as a meal
When I had heartburn I thought that all the debris is starting to be cleaned
And if I eat now, I suppress it and push it back to be stored in fat cells.
My partner doesn’t work out
Maybe I’ll call him differently.
I’m on the plane that’s about to take off.
Tomorrow I get back to work.
Hopefully I’ll get back to my workout routine.
Hopefully I’ll eat more fruit, vegetables, salads, green leaves, water.
I should move more, dance, learn about movements, etc.

I had a cheese pastry and a chocolate pastry.
I saw many photos of mine where I’m seen overweight.
Update 3 20:45
Half cheese sandwich, half egg salad sandwich, espresso, cig
I need a change.
