The plan for this morning was to have fruit.
but I went to the bakery, and bought cakes and burekases. I also bought cilantro, alfalfa, and clementines.
I'm not organized regarding eating more healthily and losing fat.
My menu:
pear, clementine, apple,
I can have a fruit meal
I can make a salad with lettuce, tofu, alfalfa
My belly is not loose now.

I need a change
The 25-minute meeting with my coach I have once a month, is not enough, but I want to keep it in the meantime because it might help me as a coach, and because I'm not alone in the process
