I'm busy with work, obligations, other jobs, studies, 

what do I need to do to proceed towards my goals?

what are my goals?

eat more healthily

lose fat

keep the fat off

and help others do the same.

what do I need to do to proceed towards my goals?

1. maybe I can have a document where I write everything I do for my health. let's try. should it be on my computer/ drive/ phone as a note? a phone note. not now. OK, I opened a page on my hardware notebook.

2. I go 3 times a week to the gym. first of all, I should make sure every training is 60 minutes.

next week I will go to CrossFit once a week for the next 10 weeks. 

In addition to gym and CrossFit, I should have 3 hours of walking a week. 

3. somehow, I must avoid smoking before school. 

4. last night I slept alone to have a better sleep and it worked so I should do it more.

5. lately I have eaten out a lot, and I should diminish that habit. 

6. I work a lot. I should rest more. make fewer plans. 

7. I should eat more homemade food. I should prepare my food and eat my food.

I should go less to the bakery

I should quit smoking

I should start running

I should eat more green leaves

I should read the content of health groups and pages on Facebook. 

I should weigh myself every day, 

measure my circumference every day

walk the dogs to the beach and return by foot back home

I should watch Simnett Nutrition videos

I should read Cheeke's books

I should have a bottle of water everywhere I go.

I should say 'no' to fattening food

I should listen to my belly and stomach

I should rest enough, meditate, walk, run, 

I should find a yoga lesson I can attend to.

I should answer this question more often

I should go to sleep earlier.

I should work on the way I work and make sure I work well and get satisfied of it.

I was hungry. I had food. I met my partner. I offered him hummus instead. That what happened.

I'm going to work for 1 hour and then head to the gym. 

I want to buy lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and other products.

I should listen to my belly.

 I'm full. I'm smoking. I'm having a coffee.

This week I did 2 power workouts so far. 

On Friday I'll do my third.

This cigarette is stink. It's not rolled.

I need to fast at times like this when my belly is full and I feel pressure. 

This blog is about my eating and exercising habits, but these two are affected by my life as a whole.

I need to fast until I'm hungry. And that’s according to my experience will happen many hours from now. It will happen tomorrow at around 10 am. It means that if I listen to my belly I skip the regular coffee pastries and oranges I have on Thursday mornings at my college.

The current cig is over. I see a fat woman smoking on the street and I see myself in her. I keep pushing and having my coffee although I'm full.

There are many things I can do on my phone instead of that. 

I'm meeting a friend in a couple of minutes.

A thin guy smoking has just passed. 

I must fast. I had many busy days. I work a lot. In the mornings and afternoons, sometimes in the evenings. I don't find time for my blog, my process of working on my eating habits. 

Another fat woman is smoking. That's who I am. I'm

A fat man smoking. Smoking and eating too much.

And if I don't find time to write about it, or read about it, or get inspired by healthy people, my situation won't change.

I've managed to have 3 power workouts this week.

what can I tell about today's diet, so far?

I made a salad today: lettuce, grated carrot, tahini, lemon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

2 vegan schnitzels were served to me. I prefer 1. In the end, I ate almost 2.

Fruit. I had 1 clementine today. 

In the morning, I bought and had a sandwich with veggie patties, tahini, salty spicy sauce, and vegetables.

I had a sweet pastry. coffee v milk, and a cigarette. 

then I worked out.

I started with cheese burekas, potato burekas, almond pastry, coffee v milk, a cigarette, and 2 clementines.

My goals: eat more healthily, lose fat, keep it off, and help others do the same.

Feedback about my last meal:

Awful. I should start with fruit when I'm hungry.

Tips for the rest of the day. Listen to your belly. You have food. Choose fruit first. I have the protein juice.

at 12:55 I had pita with tahini-eggplant- roasted red bell pepper, olives, pickle, lettuce, tomato 

clear protein juice

later, at 15:15 a sandwich with yellow cheese, cucumber, tomato, and olives.

3rd update 17:25

I had a clementine, chocolate, tea + v milk, and a cigarette.

my belly is not loose. 

4th update 19:22

I'm thirty and nauve hungry as well. I'm going to eat with friends. I got a rest of 10 minutes earlier.

I ate too much

Vegan burger fries, lemonade, ketchup, mayonnaise 

2 small cookies, ice cream, crepe with chocolate

Not good for losing weight and helping others.

I finished the tea+ v milk, and smoked.

My goals: eat more healthily

My last meal, my partner prepared food. 

When I prepared food he didn't join it.

I bought tomatoes red bell peppers lettuce and cucumbers 

Also, clementines.

2nd update

I had green tea, v milk, a piece of chocolate, half rolled cig and a few puffs of a cig.

My decision:

10 updates a day

No coffee, instead tea, oj

No cigs, instead breaths

I had tea today when I had my second cig

Maybe my focus should be on other things like

What am I doing today to have my waist circumference shorter

I thought about a day of apples

About water as a meal

When I had heartburn I thought that all the debris is starting to be cleaned

And if I eat now, I suppress it and push it back to be stored in fat cells.

My partner doesn’t work out

Maybe I’ll call him differently.

I’m on the plane that’s about to take off.

Tomorrow I get back to work. 

Hopefully I’ll get back to my workout routine. 

Hopefully I’ll eat more fruit, vegetables, salads, green leaves, water.

I should move more, dance, learn about movements, etc.

I had a cheese pastry and a chocolate pastry.

I saw many photos of mine where I’m seen overweight.

I'm full agains. Again we ordered too much food.

I must fast now 17:43.

2nd update 19:00

I'm still fasting.

My decisions: no coffee, no smoking, 10 updates a day. 

3rd update 20:15

No coffee- instead, tea, OJ

No cigs - instead, 30-100 breaths

10 updates a day.

I'm still fasting. Tomorrow this holiday in Romania us over. 

4th update, 21:02

I'm still fasting. There’s still pressure in my belly because of the last meal.

My decision:

No coffee - instead oj or tea

No cigs- instead 100 breaths

There’s material in my GI tract. Still, we are going out to eat. 

Tomorrow is my birthday. And the day after is my Hebrew birthday. 

Today I ate a doughnut, a cake, a pastry, a few bites of a cake, a piece of sweet McDonald’s fried pastry and small doughnut.

2nd update 23:52

We ordered vegetarian burger and fries, I’ll have coke, I rolled a cig. In 7 minutes I’ll turn 46. We moved from that place without the food.
