I had my neighbor soup and noodles
and before broccoli + hummus, my cooked quinoa + lentil + tomato and hummus
I had later tea + v milk + cig
I had 4 puffs
I had an herbal tea and some salty cookies
before that at school, I had banana and later a banana
and in the morning, after 1 hour at the gym I had: vanilla pastry, potato burekas, coffee v milk and cig.
today I was 1 hour at the gym before m school day.
Tomorrow it's my run day.
