eat more healthily, lose body fat, keep it off and help others do the same.

who do I want to be

what can help me to achieve my goals

I need another 5 pages notebook.

I should write down how my belly is: the famous column of LTYB; listen to your belly.

I have a note too.

controlling my work. when my work is in control, I can be available for my process.

I should be relaxed

I got a good advice for work: not to get emotional.

another tip: when I dedicate time for something, to do my best to do that only.
