keep doing 3 power workouts a week and 3 runs a week. increase the time of the run from 30 to 30-60.
eat your lettuce
quit smoking. you need your energy for those crazy days.
eat bread, hummus, fake meat, v yogurt, cornflakes, fruits, salads, protein drinks, and your cooked food.
take fruit, cooked food, nuts and dried fruit to school, have water, make salads, eat more leafy greens,
