to eat more healthily, thus to lose body fat, to keep it off/ save my achievement and help others do the same. 

who do I want to be

what can help me to achieve my goals

keep doing 3 power workouts a week and 3 runs a week. increase the time of the run from 30 to 30-60.

eat your lettuce

quit smoking. you need your energy for those crazy days. 

eat bread, hummus, fake meat, v yogurt, cornflakes, fruits, salads, protein drinks, and your cooked food.

take fruit, cooked food, nuts and dried fruit to school, have water, make salads, eat more leafy greens, 

cook the broccoli.

watch healthy vegan videos, listen to vegans' podcasts, 

weigh your body, measure your waist circumference

relax

meditate

work calmly

talk calmly

learn how to do your work in a way that won't drain you

relax

take it easy

try to enjoy the way

enjoy the quiet that you can have

listen to your belly. eat more fruit and vegetables.
