tips for myself

stop eating

drink water

make stops to meals

don't fill your belly. know when to make a stop. save the food for later. throw the food into the trash. 

there's no compost here.

listen to your belly

look at the mirror

it's ok to be hungry

eat fruit

eat salads

cook

make salads

avoid bread
