Sunday, June 20th, 2021 - 30 minutes self Health coaching

 yesterday I had a success

when I offered a friend to eat outside and then changes it to eat at home.

Today, I had a success when I finally came to school not after a cigarette.

what helped me today is to say to myself, I'll smoke after school with coffee and sweet pastry as usuall.

so, there were some minutes when I almost said to myself I won't make it, I can't do it and I should just smoke with coffee. I even took the cigarettes with me and thought, maybe I'll stop on my way to school for a coffee and pastry in the bakery,

but there was hard traffic to school and I didn't really have time for that. when I started working, as usuall, I was so busy that I didn't think about it at all and then I finished working.

after school, I smoked and drank coffee outside and ate outside although I have food at home. That was a fall.

ok, I plan not to smoke tomorrow morning again.

I didn't give up on going to the gym today for a 60 minutes power workout.

things that I should do:

I should avoid smoking

it lowers my energy

it makes my immune system weaker

I should go to the gym on Wednesday and Thursday for a second and third workout this week.

I should take with me to school fruit and vegetables, washed, with a knife and choose them,

I should avoid buying pastry outside.

I have half a bun in the refrigerator, and pitas, about 6 pitas in my freezer.

that's too much.

I don't have soy milk or plant milk.

I bought herbal tea bags package.

I bought dates. 1 kg. organic.

I have cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, red peppers.

I might have walnuts. I need to check in my refrigerator. 

I should add walks to my schedule. 1 hour walks in the park.

let's see, tomorrow I can do it after my volunteering in Tel Aviv. I finish at 19:00 and can take a 1 hour walk in the promenade towards south. 

yup. 

what else can I do/ should I do?

I should find some time to run.

I should do yoga at home.

I should buy more fruit.

I should make my meals smaller and eat more slowly each bite.

I should learn about health, fitness, natural health, natural nutrition, damages of materials, how coffee impacts our body, why wheat is bad

I should learn about intermittent fast

I should avoid eating outside

even coffee outside

if I'm at Tel Aviv tomorrow, I should avoid eating outside

I need the money for my holiday, I don't have enough money.

 I must eat at home and choose smaller meals.

I should use substitutes for dealing with my emotions like:

calling a friend, take a walk, watch YouTube or TV,  ride the bike, etc.
