Friday, June 25 2021 30 minutes self coaching

 I’m tired. But I need to stay up till late.

I host for dinner. Now I’m working. Till 5 and a half. Then I’ll prepare dinner and host and go to sleep in the end……

There was a success story today and it’s a success story for the week.

Today and three times this week, I went to school without coffee and smoking.

I also worked out 3 times in the gym for one hour.

But there are lots of things I should do.

Yesterday I decided that I’ll concentrate this week in meditating for ten minutes 3 to 6 times a day.

Yesterday I meditated 2 times 10 minutes, today once.

On Thursday I’ll add another habit to strengthen.

What can it be?

Maybe 3 runs of 10 minutes

Maybe making 3 salad meals

There are lots of idea

But this week it’s 3 to 6 times 10 minute meditations a day.

Besides this program , what should I do?

I should avoid smoking

I should avoid eating wheat, cakes, pastry, pita, baguette, white flour, spaghetti, pasta etc

I should be ready to go through unpleasant emotions. 

An understanding from today. I should be a manager of my thoughts. Thoughts come up. I should decide whether to listen to it or not. 

I should spend more time alone. Don’t make appointments with friends. 

Think about spending time with yourself as good.

Learn about nutrition, health, fitness

Go for a walk

Ride the bike

Spend time in the beach

Learn and study, move, be in nature, 

Eat more fruit vegetables and healthy foods that allow the body to clean itself and get hydrated.

Go for a 10 minutes run tomorrow.
