my goals: to eat more healthily, and to lose fat.
tips:
1. drink water
2. don't stop at the bakery in the mornings
3. buy vegan yogurt and have them plus fruit for breakfast
4. try to have everyday: yogurt + fruit, green smoothie with protein, my cooked food, a sandwich, dates, walnuts, Brazil nuts, dried plums, dried figs, pecan, avocado,
5. daily repeat what I can eat.
6. run 3 times a week (run walk is considered)
7. 3 times a week - power workouts
8. weigh yourself
9. meditate, rest, sleep 8 hours a day
10. journal
11. pray
12. make rainbow salads with leaves, sprouts,
13. eat pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
14. read about the benefits of eating healthy foods.
