124/30295 How is my progress in achieving healthier life style?

I ate this morning a tomato
I ate at work an apple and some dates, maybe 3,
I drank water at work.
But, I drank coffee at morning and after work, both with cigarettes. I ate a falafel outside at noon and a cookie too.
For the rest of this day I plan to cut a salad, to cook and to eat a pomegranate.
I might do some power exercises at home and maybe run for 10 minutes outside.
I have a meeting at 8pm and I have some work to do till then in addition to what I wrote I’ll do for my healing.
It’s dark early, but I’m awake. I don’t like this early darkness.
Last time I ran was on Saturday.
Last time I did power workout was on Saturday. The run lasted 10 minutes and the workout 10 minutes.
The last time I cooked was Friday.
The last time I cut a salad was Friday.
Yesterday I ate half pomegranate.
On Saturday I ate half pomegranate.
I have frozen bananas.
I can cook now buckwheat +lentils + spinach + green beans + tomato paste.
For my salad I have: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, purple onion, lemon, tahini, avocado, colorby, a carrot, and sunflower seeds.
I want to buy flax seeds.
I want to buy more fruits and maybe walnuts.
On Saturday I ran towards the park. But I’ve reached the part of Rokach street after Abba Hillel street.
At home on Saturday, I did squats with dumbbells, triceps extension, biceps flexion, lateral shoulders.
I should start doing push-ups at home.
