120/30295 – How am I getting progress?

I don’t see any progress.
But I must make some small changes.
Tomorrow morning I plan not to smoke cause I have work early
in the morning.
I finish at noon and have a break before more studies and
work.
At this noon I plan to return home, to cut salad and to eat
fruits and to cook.
I continue with a daily writing exercise: Who am I want to
be,
And a daily blog and post about my progress
I haven’t return to running yet. I haven’t returned to power
workouts at home or outdoor.
I have melon
I have frozen bananas
I have dates
I have pomegranates.
I have dates.
I have vegetables to salad.
I have lettuce, sunflower seeds, tahini, lemon.
I should check every day what vegetables I have for a daily
bowl of salad.
I can run on Thursday morning.
I can do power workout tomorrow at home in my break.
I can do pushups, I can do squats.
I want to listen to my stomach and avoid eating when I’m not
hungry.
If I choose to eat anyway I want to start with my food. At list
one piece of fruit.
I can do it. I can do some few changes tomorrow.
I want to enjoy every moment and to take everything easy.
At my work I want to enjoy.
