I think that I’m more aware

My state of mind is more of someone who goes on a diet

I want to lessen bread, dough, pastries,

Sugar

Salt, sauces, condiments,

Mock meat, 

Oil, fried foods, falafel, fries, 

Processed foods, 

Dairy, cheese

Eggs

Coffee, chocolate

I can eat nuts, seeds, dates, dried foods

I aim to feel loose belly all day long
