I should commit something, anything, and follow it up tightly. I should nudge myself about it.

We talked about my problem with diet. maybe I do need a framework.
maybe she can be my coach. maybe all I need is one meeting a month.
I'll sleep on that. Hopefully, I'll have an answer tomorrow. at the moment it's yes. but I don't have much money as I save money to buy a house.
20:40 I'm full. I have constipation. I decided to take a once-in-a-month coach
I will not do it by myself. She will help and hold me accountable.
I must eat apples every day for not having constipations.
And drink more water.
And eat less
And avoid bread ( glue) as much as I can.
Tomorrow I can go to the gym
And tomorrow morning I’ll walk the dogs.
Holistic: I will study for the test tomorrow and on Saturday.
