In details:
I’ve started my day with 2 mandarines
Later I had coffee sugar, cigarette and chocolate bun
I bought passion fruits
I have ripen bananas
10:43 now, 30 minutes, morning meditation.
Finished 30 minutes meditation
11:35 I’ll
eat one banana see how it feels. I mean, if I should eat more bananas later or
stop.
I ate 3 bananas + 2
17:21 I had more bananas
Then quarter of big
papaya
Then sugar cane juice
Then I was full and not
hungry but we went to the vegan buffet
So I had 2 plates of rice
noodles tofu vegetables and some fresh vegetables and leaves. Big unpleasant
pressure in my belly.
19:20 rode on the bicycle,
then had green tea no sugar and cigarette 2
19:50 I'll try to do a
water fast till tomorrow morning. And now a 30 min evening meditation.
20:51 I don’t know what
to do. My belly is full. I’m going to check a place called “tea tree”. I’ll
have water first.
21:40 raw banana cacao
cream pie
Later I had 2 mandarins
Later I was thirsty and
there was no water I ate banana
