July 12th, 2019, 19 minutes of self-health coaching
I’m tired but I want to do some stuff before I start to work soon.
So, I’ll try to do it as a coach – me dialogue.
Coach: When will you work out at the gym or do a power work out?
Me: I guess the food I consume and the cigarettes I smoke drain my energy for that.
I went to the gym this morning and I didn’t have the energy to work out.
I must avoid all the junk.
Sorry, must get a rest.
I took a rest. 13 minutes of self health coaching:
I’ll buy a watermelon before I’ll start to work.
I’ll take the 2 peaches and the plum, I have, to work.
I need to buy a knife cause’ I threw one and can’t find 2 others.
For dinner, I have potatoes, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes.
I ate the watermelon earlier. There’s food at home.
I can invite friends.
Tomorrow, if I’ll sleep early tonight, I can work out at my work. I’ll take a towel there.
How can I get thinner?
I can avoid eating when I’m not hungry.
I can make smart choices when I’m hungry.
I can eat slowly when I’m eating.
I can stop eating when it’s enough.
I can work out every day.
I can go to sleep early.
I can avoid postponing my workouts.
I can run and/or do power workout every day.
I can slow down and avoid over loading of missions and chores.
I can do writing exercises.
I can avoid buses and ride on bikes.
I can take more walks.
What can I do to eat healthier?
I can keep coach myself everyday and devote time for my health in this way.
I should think of fruits meal. Like, to eat just fruits when I’m hungry until I’m full.
I can read/listen/watch more health information.
Avoid eating when my stomach is still digesting.
Choose my fruits/food first before eating something else.
